Terms of Service

Effective date: March 25, 2026

1. Who We Are

Acolite Insurance Services (“Acolite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a licensed insurance broker. We help contractors and trades businesses find commercial insurance coverage. We are not an insurer — all coverage is subject to carrier underwriting and approval.

2. Accepting These Terms

By submitting a quote request, completing our online intake form, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not submit your information.

3. Communications — Email, Phone, and AI Calls

By submitting your information to Acolite, you expressly consent to be contacted by us using the contact information you provide, including:

  • Email — quote summaries, policy documents, renewal reminders, and account communications.
  • Phone calls — from licensed agents to discuss your quote, coverage options, or policy questions.
  • Automated and AI-assisted calls — we may use automated or AI-powered voice technology to reach you regarding your quote or account. These calls may be made using a pre-recorded or AI-generated voice. You may opt out at any time (see Section 5).
  • Text/SMS messages — transactional updates, quote status, and follow-ups, where permitted by law.

Standard message and data rates may apply. You are not required to consent to receive marketing calls or texts as a condition of purchasing insurance.

⚠️ AI Disclaimer

Acolite may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with quoting, document processing, communications, and customer service. AI can make mistakes. Any AI-generated content, quote estimate, or recommendation should be verified by a licensed agent before you rely on it. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated output, and all final coverage terms are determined by the applicable carrier's underwriting.

4. Insurance Brokerage Services

Acolite acts as a broker on your behalf. We shop your risk across multiple carriers and present options, but we do not guarantee any particular rate, coverage, or carrier approval. All quotes are estimates until formally bound by a carrier. Coverage does not take effect until a policy is issued and premium is paid.

5. Opting Out of Communications

You may opt out of communications from us at any time:

  • Email — click “Unsubscribe” in any email we send.
  • Phone / AI calls — tell the agent or say “stop” during any call, or contact us directly.
  • SMS — reply STOP to any text message.
  • All channels — email us at support@acoliteinsurance.com or call (646) 238-6645.

Note: Opting out of marketing communications will not affect transactional messages related to active policies.

6. Accuracy of Information

You represent that all information you provide to us is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of coverage, policy cancellation, or claims being voided by the carrier.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Acolite's liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the commissions earned in connection with your policy. We are not liable for carrier decisions, coverage disputes, or any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
